Mr. Ed Smythe
Philmont Partners, Inc.
27 Business Loop Dr.
Knoxville, TN 65650

Dear Mr. Smythe,

Thank you for the opportunity to discuss the Marketing Manager position. I appreciate your time and enjoyed learning about Philmont Partners and your marketing department. Our meeting confirmed to me that my expertise and experience mesh completely with your current needs.

As you know, I have over 10 years of experience with a leading sales company and was able to triple their sales volume during that period of time. By implementing my marketing strategies, our small organization went from being 22
nd in the country to being 3rd this past year. Additionally, twice in the past 10 years, I have been awarded the prestigious U.S. Key Marketing Manager award.

Philmont's current plan to go after an increased market share, even while others are cutting back, is impressive. Your sales team appears to be poised and ready to go. My commitment is to help you uncover those untapped markets, saturate them with Philmont's products, and to lead your team to be the dominate player in the field.

Philmont's future is bright and I thank you for sharing your vision and valuable time with me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Respectfully,

Jane Job-Seeker
